Expansion for one of the regions oldest Estate Agency Firms
One of the regions oldest estate agency businesses, Nock Deighton has expanded its reach into Stourbridge; the property business was established in Bridgnorth, Shropshire in 1831 and already has seven offices throughout Shropshire and north Worcestershire.

Mr Nick Lawton has been in the Property Industry now for over 20 years and have a wealth of experience in Residential sales and lettings, Land, and New Homes working in many locations throughout Worcestershire and the West Midlands. Having lived and worked in Hagley, Stourbridge and now residing in Halesowen he has an in-depth knowledge of these areas “I am looking forward to bringing, along with my experience and knowledge, Nock Deighton into Stourbridge and the surrounding areas. I pride myself in giving my clients a more personal service and delivering results in a professional and approachable manner.”
Nock Deighton have sold in excess of a quarter of a billion pounds worth of property last twelve months alone and have a network of seven offices across the region. Whilst relatively new in DY8 and DY9 the company is used to dealing in a variety of markets with offices in market towns such as Bridgnorth and Ludlow as well as more bustling towns such as Telford and Kidderminster. “Having been successfully selling all types of properties for nearly 200 years we have managed to build an excellent reputation and we are looking forward to seeing Nick apply The Nock Deighton WayTM to these new areas,” Mr D’Aniello continues. “Our residential sales teams sell anything from 1 bedroomed flats through to high end Country Homes and Farms, we have a specialist Land & New Homes Department as well as an experienced Lettings and Property Management team so Nick and his support team are able to provide the highest levels of service across the area”.
