Chairman’s Award
An up and coming property professional at a leading Shropshire estate agents has picked up a prestigious prize in recognition of his outstanding contribution over the past 12 months.
Tom Skelley, Office Manager of Nock Deighton’s Telford branch, won the Chairman’s Award at the firm’s annual celebration last month at the Corbert Arms in Uffington, Shrewsbury. Tom was rewarded for his outstanding personal contribution to the business over the last year, with the Telford office recording consistently high sales figures, including the best single monthly figure since 2007. He was presented with a special trophy and a footplate experience at the Severn Valley Railway from the Directors of Nock Deighton, who took into account his passion and interest in steam trains.
Graham Taylor, Managing Director of Nock Deighton, said: “Tom thoroughly deserves this Award. Not only has he played a huge part in the ongoing success of the Telford office, but on a personal note, he has also attained the National Federation of Property Professionals Level 3 Award in the Sale of Residential Property. We congratulate him on such a fantastic year and look forward to him being an integral part of our team for many years to come.”
“It has been a very rewarding year for our office,” Tom Skelley of Nock Deighton explained: “we have seen consistently strong sales despite challenging economic circumstances. I am honoured to have been presented with the Chairman’s Award, and would like to thank my colleagues for recognising my hard work. I can’t wait to go for my footplate experience at Severn Valley Railway, then it’s full steam ahead for the next year.”
