Neen Savage is a small village just outside the popular little town of Cleobury Mortimer and is within easy reach of the market towns of Ludlow, Bridgnorth and Kidderminster, all offering a wide range of shops, educational and recreational facilities.

The Nash stands proudly in an elevated position with the main farmhouse, cottage and outbuildings arranged around a courtyard. The original farmhouse dates back to the 1800's. It was extended and the former cow shed was converted into the cottage in 1975.

The extensive accommodation could be used to suit a buyers own personal requirements. There are very many original features still evident and The Nash could also provide an income. The village is surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in Shropshire.

In the main house, the sitting room has a stone fireplace and exposed ceiling timbers. The adjoining lounge has a stone inglenook fireplace and ceiling timbers. There are fitted shelves in both rooms and views from the windows.

The farmhouse kitchen has a ceramic tiled floor, built-in China cupboard, ceiling timbers, windows to front and rear. There are ample base and wall units and integral appliances include a double oven, ceramic hob and refrigerator.

An inner hall/study leads into the rear hall, which has access into the garden and to a ground floor cloaks room with WC and wash basin. There is a useful walk in pantry.

The formal dining room has windows to both front and rear and from the dining room is a connecting door into the adjoining cottage.

Stairs rise to a fabulous first floor landing/sitting area with exposed beams. There are two other landing areas, off which are four double bedrooms, some with exposed timbers and wardrobes and all with views.

The family bathroom has a white suite of bath, WC, separate shower and wash hand basin. There is a second staircase which leads into the attic with electricity, lighting and a window enjoying the views.

The adjoining cottage has the benefit of having an independently run oil central heating system and independent electricity. From the L shaped hall there is access into the lounge/dining room. The kitchen has ample base and wall units and an electric cooker and there are views from the front window. The bathroom has a white suite of bath with electric shower over, WC, wash hand basin and a heated towel rail. There are two double bedrooms.

Adjoining the cottage is the spacious double garage with a high ceiling and from which there is access to the partially bordered loft area over the cottage. Within the garage is a most useful workshop and the former cattle feeding troughs are still in place.

The potting shed has fitted shelving and electricity and the stone built barn has been re-roofed and lined by the present owners. The original cow milking stalls are still in evidence and there is entrance into the hayloft.

The gardens and grounds, which extend to over two acres are a very special feature of this lovely rural country residence. The main gardens, which are well established, include various flowerbeds, which contain a host of mature and colourful plants, shrubs, bushes and ornamental trees, which provide interest in every season of the year. There is a specially designed feature terrace which is bordered by well stocked flowerbeds and provides a most enjoyable outside area for al fresco entertaining. There is a modern large greenhouse with electricity and staging. An integral stone built lean-to conceals the oil tank.

A second driveway, over which a neighbouring farmer has a right of way into his field and which is a public footpath, is at the rear of the barn giving access to the vegetable garden, orchard and paddock.

The vegetable garden has three raised beds and an asparagus bed and leads down to a timber summerhouse and soft fruit garden. The orchard area contains a variety of trees including a fig tree, apple trees, a walnut tree, pear trees, plum trees and others.

The paddock contains a number of ornamental trees and leads down to a large natural wildlife pool.
