The DISC profile assessment is a tool designed to analyse four different personality traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. This tool provides us with an insight into your personality which will determine several factors about how you work, the most effective way you learn and other individual traits. There is no right or wrong answers in this test, it is simply a way for us to understand you as an individual.
The assessment takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
